John Lee is the founder of JAM, a qualified engineer with a post graduate qualification in Business Management. John is internationally experienced and has been in the property business for more than 25 years, he has seen many changes in both residential and commercial markets.
Paul Thornhill (Thornhill Capital Limited) has a long standing business relationship with JAM. His wealth of knowledge in property industry has gained himself a reputation in the market place. JAM is pleased to continue this close alliance with Paul.
In the late 1980’s John started his career in property as a residential sales agent. He later worked for a commercial property agent in Mayfair where he gained valuable experience in all aspects of retail, offices and warehouse sectors. John later took the opportunity in the early 1990's to work for one of the Crown Services which led to work in the Facilities Management (FM) Department of this Public Sector.
In the mid 1990’s John joined an international property asset management company which dealt with high net worth overseas clients and offshore companies managing their property portfolios both residential and commercial in UK. After experiencing a full scale of property work in London office and other overseas offices in the group, John was later appointed Managing Director heading the UK operation.
Through John's close working relationship with clients and business associates in the property market, he concluded there was a lack of personal service in the property industry as many of the property companies continued to consolidated and grow in size. Hence JAM was conceived and created to serve individuals and corporate clients who would prefer to deal with a boutique property operator catering for their need for a personal and quality service approach when dealing with their property requirements.
