• Significant increase in web transactions year-on-year

• Helped to double the size of the email database
• Developed a trio of email templates for use in a variety of situations
• JAM has produced Christmas brochures, Spa and Health Club brochures and is heavily involved in the rebranding of the newly acquired Hallmark Hotel Hull

THE BRIEF

• We have been working with Hallmark Hotels since early 2009 as their preferred design partner delivering brochures, email marketing campaigns and web graphics.
• Hallmark Hotels wanted something a little different from the designs they had previously used to capitalise on the hotels’ boutique style.
• Develop email templates that could be amended for one off mailers, monthly news and ad-hoc contact
• Ensure Hallmark are using all possible marketing tools to communicate with their customers with a focus on social media
